You can exchange or return the ordered products easily if:
- The product received wasn’t the product which you ordered.
- The product received was damaged; in this case supporting proof may be required.
- You can exchange the product if the size you received wasn’t the size you ordered.
- If need be, all items must be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Customer has to return the defected product to the address of the company, cost of which will be borne by us.
- Delivery charges will NOT be refunded.
